HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - This week Russell and Lyle are back in Kapahulu featuring a place that heard your calls for lower prices. They've done this in a Cheap Eats before, but they're re-visiting on lowered prices -- Good to Grill.
They've got the Kiawe wood all fired up at Good to Grill. Times are tough, so they've brought down the prices on many of their favorite items. In fact, everything on the lunch menu is priced under $10. But the quality of the food is still the same.
"I've been here for breakfast, lunch and dinner and very good. Breakfast lunch and dinner, must be really good. Yes, it's really good," Gary Yee of Kahala said.
Aside from some of the new prices at Good to Grill, they have some new selections as well and it's perfect if you're in the mood for some ahi.The poke salad is always a winner. Russ says both the poke salad and ahi katsu run for$ 8.99.
Lyle is convinced that you'll love this. Braised short ribs with smashed potatoes and a green salad all for $8.99. Also, their breakfast special, Monday through Friday. Couple eggs, couple scoops rice, some sausage. Just $2.99.
Russ and Lyle give Good to Grill a Cheap Eats thumbs up for changing the prices in these economic times.
